LOS ANGELES and TURIN, ITALY -- VIEW Conference 2017 has scheduled the first-ever presentation of ‘The Making of The Breadwinner,’ a showcase of the highly-anticipated animated feature, The Breadwinner.
A blend of computer and hand-drawn animation, the film is the work of more than a hundred artists across three countries and is based on Deborah Ellis’ acclaimed novel. The Breadwinner is due in theaters Nov. 17.
The first-ever presentation of ‘The Making of The Breadwinner’ is presented by the film’s award-winning technical director, Mark Mullery. He will present a look behind the scenes of the movie, which combines 21st century technology and age-old hand-drawn techniques.
Mullery is studio technical director for Cartoon Saloon. He also serves as assistant director on the studio’s upcoming feature Wolfwalkers.
