Uglydoll Launches Graphic Series

VIZ Media takes readers on a colorful journey through the Uglyverse with the launch of the Uglydoll original graphic novel series, Uglydoll: Goin’ Places!

San Francisco, CA -- VIZ Media announced the launch of theUglydoll original graphic novel series, Uglydoll: Goin’ Places! The series will be published by VIZ Media and is rated ‘A’ for All Ages.

VIZ Media’s Uglydoll graphic novel series is a first for Wage, Babo, OX, Ice-Bat and their friends. In the series, they'll take readers on a colorful journey through the Uglyverse, where “ugly” means unique and celebrating who you are is the new beautiful.

TheUglydoll graphic novel series features stories written by Travis Nichols, art by Uglydoll co-creators Sun-Min Kim and David Horvath, Ian McGinty and Phillip C. Jacobson. Each volume features special guest artists, including Eisner-winner James Kochalka, Eisner-nominee Jacob Chabot, Peter Fowler, Junko Mizuno, Mike L.E. Kelly and Bwana Spoons, among others.
