‘Tweet Tweet’ Takes Best Short at animago 2018

Zhanna Bekmambetova’s first animated project among 12 winners chosen at the 22nd edition of the AWARDS & CONFERENCE.

The 22nd annual animago competition for 3D animation, visual effects, visualization and VR/AR/360 has announced their 2018 winners in a ceremony held last Thursday evening at Munich’s Gasteig Cultural Centre. The awards were the highlight of the two-day animago AWARD & CONFERENCE, where top animation experts and VFX luminaries gave keynote presentations on their current projects and discussed the latest industry trends and perspectives with over 1,000 participants.

An independent jury of experts sifted through 851 submissions from 51 countries to find the final 36 nominees, from which the following 12 winners were chosen:
