Toronto, ON (November 22, 2010) – Launching today, TELETOON is hosting a fully integrated on-air and online campaign for UBISOFT. The four-week campaign promotes the release of “Raving Rabbids: Travel in Time,” a recently launched game for the Nintendo Wii console, as well as a new set of collectible Rabbid figurines.

Based on the UBISOFT “Raving Rabbids: Travel in Time” game that sees the Rabbids travel back in time in a washing machine to visit some of the most significant moments in history and then proceed to wreak havoc, the unique on-air and online campaign follows the same concept – turning time on its head.

The on-air component of the campaign features :15 spots that will promote an upcoming broadcast of the TELETOON Original Production Skatoony with an incorrect tune-in time displayed onscreen. An animated Rabbid will appear during the spot and “fix” the time by spinning or switching out the hour. In addition, billboards focusing on the collectible figurines will air on TELETOON and lower thirds ads promoting the game will run on TELETOON and TELETOON Retro throughout the promotion.

The campaign will also extend online with the Rabbids taking over teletoon.com via a promotional product website and ad units. Leaderboards, skyscrapers, big box ads and a Raving Rabbids background will all push visitors to the promotional microsite, which will feature game trailers and product information on the Rabbid figurines.

The promotion runs on-air and online from November 22 until December 20 and marks the second UBISOFT Raving Rabbids promotion for TELETOON.
