Stop Motion Video Explores the World of Tinder

Directed and animated by London-based artist IanBRUCE, new video explores the world of popular dating app Tinder by bringing to life scenes from a sketch book.

Here is a stop-motion music video for “Give You Better” by The Correspondents from their debut album, Puppet Loosely Strung.

Directed and animated by London-based artist IanBRUCE, the video explores the world of popular dating app Tinder by bringing to life scenes from a sketch book. Characters are drawn on the page and photographed, then erased, redrawn and photographed. This process is repeated 2,000 times. They are then sequenced and combined with green screen live footage with stop motion graphics laid on top.

The end result is a visually rich narrative that unfolds with the turn of each page. It is a short, sweet, cautionary tale about a couple’s foray into the world of Tinder. Watch it, below:
