Stimulated-Inc. Launches Stimulated.Works Production Service

The proprietary workflow and management solution provides in-house creative teams with a scalable digital asset creation system - animation, motion, development, and design – from concept to final project delivery.

Stimulated-Inc has launched Stimulated.Works, a proprietary creative work solution that helps in-house creative teams at global companies scale their animation, motion, development, and design. The service includes three main components:

  • For clients (i.e., major consumer or media brand) with large projects requiring in-house teams to complete extensive animation or design, the Stimulated.Works service team helps to flesh-out the concept, then review, digest, and break it up into individual job briefs based on each asset that needs to be created. Stimulated-Inc. methodology creates briefs that helps convey information clearly and cohesively for the artists who ultimately do the work.

  • Details and job briefs are entered into Stimulated-Inc.’s proprietary software to automate the actual production management workflow. The process streamlines the most tedious parts of planning (talent sourcing, job explanation, file management/sharing, review links, etc.) down to the level of file names and pricing.

  • Stimulated-Inc.’s curated, vetted talent pool of top animators/designers/artists access the job briefs using the Stimulated.Works software. Artists are paired with the projects they are most passionate about/interested in based on their individual strengths. The company’s years of production experience scaling digital assets for major projects ensures job deliverable will be consistent in look/feel even if there are multiple artists involved.

“My favorite benefit of being hybrid is being more creative,” commented company founder and experiential artist Robb Wagner. “If you do hybrid right, you can spend all your time being creative. Doing it the old way, once the job brief was done, all the hard work was about to begin… finding the right talent, scheduling them, making the deals, explaining the job, setting up the folders, finding links to the work, missed communications. Lost time.”

Now offered to global brands as a new option for their in-house marketing, advertising, brand and communication teams, this hybrid creative workflow process has been used by Stimulated-Inc and Wagner to help automate and deliver interactive projects, including Carnival Cruise Line’s immersive multimedia entertainment, the Foo Fighters’ LED screen content and visual content for Viacom’s marquee broadcast events, including Lip Sync Battle Live: A Michael Jackson Celebration, which recently launched Paramount Network.
