Former Sanrio exec to direct international TV production and licensing company’s broadcast sales, secondary licensing and brand partnerships.
Silvergate's pre-school series 'Octonauts'
LONDON -- International TV production and licensing company Silvergate Media has appointed Lisa Macdonald as VP, EMEA to drive business in the region.
Macdonald will direct Silvergate’s business, including broadcast sales, secondary licensing and brand partnerships. Silvergate is proprietors of Octonauts, control the global licensing rights for both classic and TV versions of Peter Rabbit, and have a growing development slate of new productions including Sunny Day and Hilda.
Macdonald joins Silvergate from Sanrio, where she led the growth of the Mister Men property across EMEA and beyond. Prior to that she took Chorion’s brands to new heights in their key European territories.
