Rising India and Unified Pictures will co-finance a NOAH'S ARK animated feature, reports VARIETY. Rising India will pony up $40 million for the project. The film will be produced in Los Angeles and Singapore. Unified's ElectroAge will be the U.S. production house. Unified will represent the film globally.
Philip LaZebnik (THE PRINCE OF EGYPT) wrote the script from the POV of the animals.
The studios hope to release the film in fall 2011.
