Powerkids, Bonelli Entertainment and SBE Ink Deal to Adapt Comics to Animation

Partnership kicks off with comic ‘Dragonero,’ soon to be kids’ animated series, being co-produced with Rai Ragazzi and Nexus TV.

Italian comics publisher Bonelli Editore S.p.A.’s (SBE), Bonelli Entertainment and Powerkids Entertainment Private Limited (Powerkids) have teamed up to adapt SBE’s extensive comics library into a wide range of kids animated projects. The partnership kicks off with ‘Dragonero,’ currently in production as an animated series. SBE, Powerkids, Rai Ragazzi, and Nexus TV are co-producers with Powerkids, responsible for global distribution, licensing, and merchandising.
