Pixar’s 'Blue Umbrella' Heads to SXSW

The South by Southwest Film Conference and Festival announces its 2013 animated short film lineup, including the first U.S. screening of Pixar’s “The Blue Umbrella.”

Austin, TX – The South by Southwest (SXSW) Film Conference and Festival has announced its 2013 lineup, including 10 animated short films which will debut at this year’s Festival from March 8 – 16, 2013.

An assortment of stories told using a mix of traditional animation, computer-generated effects, stop-motion, and everything in-between, this year’s selections includes the first U.S. screening of the Pixar short The Blue Umbrella. The Blue Umbrella
