Nurture Rights Signs Exclusive Deal with Mothercare for ‘Dinosaur Roar!’

Apparel and toy range in conjunction with the Natural History Museum to launch in 100 stores and online.

LONDON -- Nurture Rights has announced an exclusive partnership with global parenting retailer, Mothercare for a Dinosaur Roar! apparel range in conjunction with the Natural History Museum. The agreement gives Mothercare an exclusive Dinosaur Roar! merchandise program across nightwear, outerwear, footwear and underwear and includes additional toys and gifting items. Nurture has also signed deals with a number of apparel companies including Blues Clothing (outerwear), Aykroyds (Nightwear), William Lamb (footwear) and Roy Lowe (socks) to produce the range for Mothercare.

The partnership will launch with a toddler apparel range across nightwear, outerwear and accessories in 100 stores and online. The collection, designed by kids wear designer, Stephen Cole, will be available from July. It comprises 30 lines including t-shirts, sweats, joggers, pajamas, onesies, hoodie, as well as wellies and slippers.

Dinosaur Roar! is the only pre-school brand to be endorsed by the world-renowned Natural History Museum and all products, including the books, will carry the NHM logo.

The original title, created by Paul and Henrietta Stickland and first published in 1994 by Ragged Bears, has sold over 5 million copies worldwide and is regarded as a modern classic.  Nurture Rights has recently signed a deal with Macmillan Children’s Books as its new master publishing partner.

Nurture Rights have a deal with the Natural History Museum to develop and market Dinosaur Roar! worldwide and is working with the paleontology team at the Natural History Museum to build an authentic dinosaur property for the under sixes, with interactive and engaging content. This will include an online world for pre-school dinosaur fans, a touring dinosaur exhibition, and an IMAX experience.
