In the Night Garden, the preschool TV brand acquired in September by Canada’s DHX Media, is set to have a place at the new CBeebies Land attraction at UK-based Alton Towers Resort, according to a report by Kidscreen. The new attraction is set to open in May.

The agreement between DHX, BBC Worldwide and Merlin Entertainments, Europe’s biggest visitor attraction operator, will bring to life some characters and elements from the popular series that airs on CBeebies in the UK. Among the branded experiences for preschool fans are a magical boat ride through a real woodland Night Garden.

CBeebies Land, a collaboration between BBC Worldwide and Merlin Entertainments, will open at the Alton Towers Resort with a five-acre site dedicated to live appearances, play areas and hands-on activities for children.

In the Night Garden has been consistently on air since its launch in 2007, and DHX Media has recently announced a renewal deal with CBeebies through spring 2021. The series also airs in 36 countries.
