Netflix Sets ‘Masters of the Universe: Revelation Part 2’ Premiere

Streamer makes it official, announcing its epic conclusion to Kevin Smith and Mattel’s two-part animated series is coming next month.

By the power of Grayskull – He-Man returns swinging the sword of power… Oh right, I mean Skeletor returns swinging the Sword of Power… November 23 on Netflix. That’s right, the highly anticipated five episodes of Masters of the Universe: Revelation Part 2 finally hit our screens. In this epic conclusion to the streamer’s new limited series that picks up where Mattel’s iconic show left off 40 years ago, Skeletor finally got his bony hands on the Sword of Power despite his incompetent henchmen. Now our heroes must band together to save Eternia and the universe from the famed villain’s frightful rule. Things are not looking good for the universe-saving team, especially without Prince Adam’s alter ego, He-Man. In such a state, what kind of epic conclusion is possible?

Masters of the Universe: Revelation Part 2 stars Mark Hamill as Skeletor; Lena Headey as Evil-Lyn; Chris Wood as Prince Adam/He-Man; Sarah Michelle Gellar as Teela; Original Skeletor voice actor Alan Oppenheimer as Moss Man; Liam Cunningham as Man-At-Arms; Stephen Root as Cringer; Diedrich Bader as King Randor / Trap Jaw; Griffin Newman as Orko; Tiffany Smith as Andra; Henry Rollins as Tri-Klops; Susan Eisenberg as Sorceress; Alicia Silverstone as Queen Marlena; Justin Long as Roboto; Jason Mewes as Stinkor; Phil LaMarr as He-Ro; Tony Todd as Scare Glow; Cree Summer as Priestess; Kevin Michael Richardson as Beast Man; and Kevin Conroy as Mer-Man.

Joining the cast are Dennis Haysbert as King Grayskull, Adam Gifford as Vikor, and Jay Tavare as Wundar.

Produced by Mattel Television, the series showrunner/ executive producer is Kevin Smith (Clerks, Chasing Amy) along with executive producer Frederic Soulie (He-Man and the Masters of the Universe), Adam Bonnett (Descendants), Christopher Keenan (Justice LeagueBatman Beyond), and Rob David (He-Man and the Masters of the Universe). It’s produced by Susan Corbin (He-Man and the Masters of the Universe), and written by Marc Bernardin (Castle RockAlphas), Eric Carrasco (Supergirl), Diya Mishra (Magic the Gathering), and Tim Sheridan (Reign of the Supermen). Bear McCreary (The Walking DeadBattlestar GalacticaOutlander) is the show’s composer.  Animation production is provided by Powerhouse Animation (Castlevania).

MYAH—The epic conclusion is almost here! Will Skeletor finally gain control of Castle Grayskull? He has, after all, waited so very long for this moment.
