Lucasfilm Drops First Trailer for ‘Skeleton Crew’

The latest all-new ‘Star Wars’ series, which follows four kids who make a discovery on their home planet and get lost in a strange and dangerous galaxy, hits Disney+ December 3.

Lucasfilm revealed the first trailer for Star Wars: Skeleton Crew during the recent studio showcase at D23: The Ultimate Disney Fan Event. Series star Jude Law also took the stage to give new details about the coming-of-age series.

Skeleton Crew follows the journey of four kids who make a mysterious discovery on their home planet, then get lost in a strange and dangerous galaxy, crossing paths with the likes of Jod Na Nawood (Law). Finding their way home will be a greater adventure than they ever imagined. 

Starring Law, Ravi Cabot-Conyers, Ryan Kiera Armstrong, Kyriana Kratter, Robert Timothy Smith, Tunde Adebimpe, Kerry Condon, and Nick Frost, episodes of the original live-action series are directed by Jon Watts, David Lowery, the Daniels (Daniel Kwan and Daniel Scheinert), Jake Schreier, Bryce Dallas Howard, and Lee Isaac Chung. Christopher Ford, Watts, Jon Favreau, Dave Filoni, Kathleen Kennedy, and Colin Wilson executive produce.

Visual effects on the show are produced by Cantina Creatives, DNEG, Distillery VFX, ILM, Image Engine, Soho VFX, and Wētā FX.

Skeleton Crew streams on Disney+ starting December 3, with the first two episodes dropping simultaneously.
