‘Limon and Oli’ Headed to Netflix

Turkish animated preschool series lands multi-territory deal with Netflix for the U.S & Canada, Australia & New Zealand, the U.K. & Ireleand, the Middle East, Africa, and Central & Eastern Europe.

It has been announced that Limon and Oli, a Turkish animated television series for kids ages 4-7, has entered into a multi-territory deal with Netflix. The series, is centered on the daily shenanigans of two best friends. The show is inspired by the popular Turkish comic strips, Sizinkiler.

Following the first season of 26 episodes on Turkish broadcaster TRT Cocuk, the 2nd season was picked up by Disney Junior and is currently being broadcasted in the CEEMA. The show is currently in production of Season 3 with 52 more episodes being produced for Disney Junior and scheduled to be broadcast in September 2016.

Limon and Oli follows the funny adventures of two inseparable friends. Limon is sweet and endearing while Oli runs more on the wild side. Together, they tackle daily obstacles using the power of their imagination. They transform into fearless pirates one day, then shrewd detectives the next. Whatever role they take on, they approach every scenario with an unmatched sense of humor. Through the unlikely duo’s friendship, the series imparts important messages about embracing differences and working together.
