Licensing Expo 2020 Canceled, Licensing Week Virtual Set for June

To facilitate much needed industry connections, Licensing Expo is joining forces with Licensing International to offer 5-day virtual program running June 15-19; Licensing Expo 2021 returns May 25-27, 2021.

For more than 35 years, Licensing Expo has connected entertainment, character, art, and corporate brand owners and agents with consumer goods manufacturers, licensees, and retailers. It is the meeting place for the global licensing industry. After close consultation with the Expo’s industry partners, customers and international community, and in consideration of the current COVID-19 crisis, the Expo leadership has announced that Licensing Expo 2020 will be canceled, returning with Licensing Expo 2021 that will run May 25-27, 2021.

Licensing Expo recognizes that the need to make connections with partners, colleagues and the licensing community is greater than ever so in response, and in partnership with Licensing International, a series of multi-platform events will take place over the remainder of the year. The Global Licensing Group’s 5-day virtual program aims to bring together the global licensing community at a time when physical networking and deal-making is unfeasible.

Combining virtual keynotes, educational and topical seminars, matchmaking, networking and a digital exhibition, Licensing Week Virtual offers some of the best aspects of a global licensing group event. The event will take place on June 15-19. More information about Licensing Week Virtual is available here.
