KidScreen Summit Gets Duane Bray as Creative Keynote Speaker

IDEO Partner and Head of Media & Entertainment Duane Bray will open Kidscreen Summit at 4:30 p.m. on Wednesday, February 11 with an inspiring keynote presentation called "Serious Play."

Bray will open with an interactive exercise to get adult minds back into the state of play, which is where creativity and innovation live. He'll also explore the most common factors standing in the way of playfulness in the workplace, outlining how companies can establish environments and cultures that encourage exploratory play, construction play and role play as part of the process for generating the Next Big Idea.

Well known for many standard-setting innovations, including the first mouse (for Apple Computer) and the world's first notebook computer (for GRiD Computer), IDEO is a forerunner in the development of products, experiences and services that bring design strategy to life.

With a background in communication and interaction design, Bray looks after IDEO's digital media business globally, where his work explores the connections people form with media.
