Kevin Aratari Joins Troika

Former mOcean exec to oversee sales and marketing and help spearhead new business development and thought leadership initiatives.

Kevin AratariHollywood, CA -- Entertainment brand consultancy and marketing innovations agency Troika announced the hire of Kevin Aratari. Kevin will oversee all sales and marketing functions and work closely with founder and CEO Dan Pappalardo on strategic business development and thought leadership initiatives. Kevin will be instrumental in activating Troika’s strategic goal of aligning the agency with the changing entertainment media landscape and fulfilling the agency’s promise of Entertain Change.

Kevin will also work with John McGinnis, who was recently promoted to Executive Director of Client Services, to help manage all cross functions between Producers, Accounts and Business Development providing a seamless and optimal client experience.

Prior to joining Troika, Kevin was a thirteen- year veteran of entertainment creative agency mOcean, where he joined as Managing Director and was later promoted to Executive Vice President and then Chief Marketing Officer.  There, Kevin founded the Broadcast Department that produced 360 campaigns, rebrands, series launches and brand partnerships for the agency’s television clients, including; FX Networks, Discovery Networks, Scripps Networks, A+E Television Networks, Sony Pictures Television International, Turner Networks, AMC Networks, Disney/ABC Networks, CBS and Showtime. Kevin is a guest lecturer on entertainment marketing at UCLA’s Anderson School of Management and regularly speaks around the world on issues that face the industry.

Prior to his work at mOcean, Kevin was a Supervising Producer at global entertainment branding agency Pittard Sullivan.  There, he helped create and launch brand strategies for Sky Movies (UK), HBO, J-Sport (Japan), Emirates Media Inc (UAE), Sony Entertainment Television (Southeast Asia and Latin America), Pro 7 (Germany), and many others clients around the world.
