Season 5 is now available for TV distribution, while the new live-action ‘edutainment’ series ‘The Booba Show’ launches on YouTube in January 2025; the original series will air on ITVX, Nine Networks, Star Channel, RTL, VOYO, and CDA Premium starting in 2025.
Kedoo Entertainment has announced expansion plans for Booba, the non-dialogue animated preschool and family YouTube series produced by Kedoo’s 3D Sparrow.
Season 5 of Booba, now available for TV distribution, comprises 26 x 7-minute episodes further exploring its characters and worlds, including alternative Boobas and new characters such as Dinosaurs from the prehistoric world and Robots from the futuristic world.
Kedoo also announced the launch of the new “edutainment” live-action series The Booba Show, which aims to help kids develop social skills. For the first time, Booba will step into the real world and interact with a child host. The series debuts on YouTube in January 2025.
Alongside Booba’s growing YouTube and digital presence, recent broadcast deals will see the series air in 2025 and beyond on ITVX in the UK, Nine Networks in Australia, Star Channel in Greece, RTL in Croatia, VOYO in CEE and CDA Premium in Poland.
