'I Know That Voice' Documentary Premieres Nov. 6

In partnership with non-profit charity: water and the American Cinematheque, I Know That Voice, a documentary that “puts a face to the voices we all know and love,” premieres at the legendary Grauman’s Egyptian Theater on November 6, in Hollywood, CA.

Los Angeles, CAI Know That Voice documentary announced its partnership with clean water charity charity: water and the American Cinematheque to host its world premiere at the famous Grauman’s Egyptian Theater on November 6, in Hollywood, Calif. In conjunction with Indiegogo, the ‘world’s funding platform,’ I Know That Voice is now offering tickets to the event, as well as VIP passes that allow fans to socialize with the stars behind their favorite cartoon voices.

Following the film debut, I Know That Voice will host an exclusive star-studded Q&A panel with Emmy award winning actors including I Know That Voice executive producer and voice actor John DiMaggio (Adventure Time, Futurama, Kung Fu Panda: Legends of Awesomeness), Billy West (Futurama, The Ren & Stimpy Show), Andrea Romano (25-time Emmy nominated, 8-time Emmy winner for Animaniacs, Pinky and the Brain and more), Rob Paulsen (Animaniacs, The Looney Tunes Show), Maurice LaMarche (Team America, Futurama, Pinky and the Brain), Tommy Reid (Producer) and Lawrence Shapiro (Director).

Eager fans in the Midwest can also experience the groundbreaking documentary on the big screen. The film is also showing at the Gateway Film Center in Columbus, Ohio, from November 8-14.

Comic book buffs, animation junkies and anyone whose hearts have ever loved cartoons across the globe unable to attend the world premiere will be offered exclusive access to view the film on Vutopia from December 1-21. Vutopia is a value-added commercial-free On-Demand movie service that is part of “Movie Pass” on Time Warner Cable and Bright House Networks.

I Know That Voice will be available everywhere on digital and cable Video On Demand and iTunes via global distribution partner GoDigital starting Jan. 7, 2014. Fans are also invited to pre-order the DVD now at www.iknowthatvoice.com.

“We are thrilled to partner with Charity: Water and American Cinematheque for the debut of this film,” said I Know That Voice producer Tommy Reid. “Our fans and supporters have already contributed more than $10,000 to this cause. It’s incredible to see how much of an impact these amazing actors have made on people across the world.”

Emmy-nominated and Annie Award winner John DiMaggio, executive producer of the film, said they have been anticipating this film’s release as much as the countless fans asking about it via social media.

“This film has been our baby for the last three years… and now we’re finally ready to let it go and share it to the world,” DiMaggio said. “Not only are we releasing a film featuring an unheard of 100-plus renowned voice actors, but we’ve found a way to incorporate its release for the advancement of society through this clean water charity, charity: water.”

DiMaggio looks forward to meeting fans at the red carpet world premiere. “We love our fans so much that we’re actually going to lift the red ropes, and invite them to come schmooze, dine and celebrate with us before and after the event in support of this awesome cause and debut of a what I call ‘a Valentine to my peers,’” DiMaggio added.
