Hulu has dropped the official trailer for The Night Before Christmas in Wonderland, the animated feature based on Carys Bexington’s bestselling book which combines Lewis Carroll’s “Alice in Wonderland” and Clement Clarke Moore’s poem “Twas the Night Before Christmas,”
The film follows St. Nick as he goes down the rabbit hole and meets a host of familiar characters who help him save Christmas. Can St. Nick, aided by Alice, the Mad Hatter, and March Hare, show the Queen of Hears the true meaning of Christmas and save the day before it’s too late?
The voice cast features Gerard Butler as St. Nick; Emilia Clarke as the Queen of Hearts; and Simone Ashley as Alice.
Peter Baynton (The Boy, the Mole, the Fox and the Horse) directs from a script by Sara Daddy. Guy Chambers and lyricist Amy Wadge have crafted the original music and songs.
Universal Pictures Content Group and Lupus Films produce. Ruth Fielding and Camilla Deakin produce for Lupus Films; Helen Parker executive produces alongside Butler and Alan Siegel for G-BASE and Clarke for Magical Thinking Pictures.
The Night Before Christmas in Wonderland debuts November 15 on Hulu.
