The agency’s mission is to meet the growing demand for experienced, technical, and creative talent continues while discovering, developing, and representing rising stars and recognized VFX & post experts across film and TV. The company represents a diverse roster and is committed to promoting inclusivity, equality, and diversity in every aspect of VFX and post-production.
Earning her stripes building the successful VFX division at Sara Putt Associates, Donington has spent 10 years nurturing and furthering the careers of VFX and post talent. Working with the major networks and studios, she has secured an impressive credit list for her clients. Her selection of premium talent has led the agency to launch with a core roster of 14 accomplished VFX and post-production experts.
