‘The Good, The Bart, and The Loki’ Short Debuts on Disney+

The ‘God of Mischief’ faces his toughest opponents yet - Springfield’s mightiest and oddest heroes; the second ‘The Simpsons’ cross-over promotional short film now streaming.

Premiering today on Disney+ is the Marvel-themed The Good, The Bart, and The Loki, the second cross-over promotional short film tying The Simpsons to one of the streamers’ marquee properties. It follows on the heels of Maggie Simpson in The Force Awakens from Its Nap, released in early May, a Star Wars-inspired short that transports characters from the Star Wars galaxy to the fictional town of Springfield.

In the new short, Loki is banished from Asgard once again and must face his toughest opponents yet: the Simpsons and Springfieldʼs mightiest heroes. The God of Mischief teams up with Bart Simpson in the ultimate crossover event paying tribute to the Marvel Cinematic Universe of Super Heroes and villains.

Tom Hiddleston returns as the voice of Loki, seen alongside many fan-favorite characters from The Simpsons. The short’s poster (shown here) was inspired by the poster for Marvel Studiosʼ Avengers: Endgame. Both shorts, as well as Marvel Studiosʼ original series Loki, are now streaming.
