‘Girls Band Cry’ Coming to Crunchyroll

All 13 episodes of Toei Animation's original series, which follows high school dropout Nina Iseri as she moves to Tokyo and starts a band, will be released on November 6.

Crunchyroll is rockin’ out after the acquisition of Girls Band Cry, an original anime from Toei Animation. Set to premiere on November 6, all 13 episodes will be available at once, offering fans the complete story in a single drop.

In the series, high school dropout Nina Iseri moves to Tokyo from the countryside. After a rough first day and getting locked out of her apartment, she meets her favorite guitarist, Momoka Kawaragi. The two put on a street performance together and decide to start a band with three other girls. While each girl faces her own struggles, their passion for music keeps their dreams alive.

The series will be available with subtitles in 9 languages and streamed across English-speaking territories, LATAM, Europe, Southeast Asia, and the Indian subcontinent.
