Crunchyroll’s popular series makes its linear TV premiere on February 27.
Crunchyroll has announced that the popular series Food Wars! The Third Plate is heading to Toonami, the late-night anime programming block on Adult Swim. This launch marks the linear television premiere for the series; Toonami gets all 24 episodes, with new dubbed episodes airing every Saturday following the February 27 debut.
In Food Wars! The Third Plate, students wage a fierce culinary war trying to out-earn their peers at the Totsuki Academy’s annual gourmet jubilee. Soma Yukihira, however, has his sights set on a grander prize: challenging the Elite Ten, who rule over the academy with iron fists.
