Flying Bark’s Barbara Stephen Receives International Business Award

Managing director of Australia’s most established full-service animation studio is honored at this year’s 2016 Premier’s NSW Export Awards.

SYDNEY -- Flying Bark Productions managing director Barbara Stephen has been named a winner of the “NSW Women in International Business” category at this year’s 2016 Premier’s NSW Export Awards hosted by the Export Council of Australia recently held in Sydney.

Showcasing New South Wales’ top exporters across 22 categories the 2016 Premier’s NSW Export Awards acknowledges businesses and individuals for the role they play in supporting Australia’s strongest state economy.

As Australia’s most established full-service animation studio specializing in creative development and pre-production of animated and live-action family entertainment Flying Bark Productions’ content has travelled across 170 territories worldwide.

“NSW exports $63 billion worth of goods and services a year and it’s our export led-growth that makes our State the engine-room of the Australian economy,” said NSW Premier Mike Baird.

“I am incredibly honored to have been acknowledged as this year’s winner of the ‘NSW Women in International Business’ Award,” said Barbara Stephen, Managing Director, Flying Bark Productions. “This award is a testament to the hard work and passion of the entire Flying Bark Productions team.
