MALICE IN WONDERLAND actress Katia Winter has been tapped as the female lead in DEATHGAMES, according to THE HOLLYWOOD REPORTER. She joins Kellan Lutz, Samuel L. Jackson, Nina Dobrev and Daniel Dae Kim.
The plot follows a young man (Lutz) who is made to become a modern gladiator for the enjoyment of an Internet audience. Winter's character has been described as "a duplicitous succubus" who works for the mastermind of the games (Jackson).
Visual effect supervisor Jonah Loop makes his directing debut with the film.
