DIRECTV and Viva Kids released their latest animated feature, Fantastica: A Boonie Bears Adventure, exclusively on DIRECTV on May 16th. The film will be available in theaters and On Digital / On Demand starting June 14th.
Starring Mario Lopez (Saved By The Bell) and Josh Peck (Drake & Josh), Fantastica: A Boonie Bears Adventure is based on the $400,000,000 global box office phenomenon. Produced by China's Fantawild Animation, the franchise is China's most successful animated series. The film is the fourth feature film installment of the Boonie Bears series. The first film, Boonie Bears to the Rescue, was released in 2014. Boonie Bears: The Big Top Secret was released in China in January 2016 and was acquired by Netflix in 2018, where it is still currently streaming.
