Dixon & Carlisle Join Framestore

Visual effects company Framestore announced the appointment of two high-profile names from the world of digital craft innovation: interactive producer Jonny Dixon and interactive director Robin Carlisle.

Visual effects company Framestore announced the appointment of two high-profile names from the world of digital craft innovation:  interactive producer Jonny Dixon and interactive director Robin Carlisle.

Dixon and Carlisle jointly hold 30 years of visual industry experience and have, between them, been singled out for recognition by the VES awards, Eurobest, Emmies, Promax and BTAA. They specialize in creating digital and interactive experiences for installations, in-store, art galleries and launch events. They have also pioneered development of real-time CG on tablet, PC and mobile platforms. In addition, Carlisle has previously been a director, games developer, CGI lead and VFX Supervisor.

Their credits include the much-praised Ralph Lauren 4D building projection, Zink for the Creators Project, Vox for Internet Week Europe, Urban Prairie for London festival of Architecture, Golden Spaces for Sony and Benetton’s Fruit in-store installation.

Simon Whalley, Framestore’s Head of Digital said, “It was like we had a Jonny and Robin-shaped hole in the department."
