Ben Magid penned the dark script, which sees Captain Hook as an ex-detective seeking a childlike kidnapper.
Social Capital Films and Energy Entertainment are producing. Christopher Tuffin, Martin Shore and Brooklyn Weaver are the producers with Renee Tab and Tarik Heitmann on as exec producers.
