CPLG Appoints Stephen Gould UK Managing Director

DHX Media’s Copyright Promotions Licensing Group appoints Stephen Gould as its new UK Managing Director.

London -- DHX Media’s Copyright Promotions Licensing Group (CPLG) has appointed Stephen Gould as its new UK Managing Director.

Reporting to CPLG’s CEO Peter Byrne, Gould will replace Vickie O’Malley who is leaving the company after 12 years. CPLG has a renowned reputation in the licensing business, managing the licensing and merchandising rights for some of the leading entertainment, sports and consumer goods brands, including clients such as Universal, Activision, St Andrews Links and the RFU.

Gould is currently Commercial Director at DHX Media and was previously Commercial Director at Ragdoll Worldwide, managing leading global brands including Teletubbies and In the Night Garden. Before joining Ragdoll, Stephen held several senior positions in the licensing industry, including Commercial Director at RDF Rights and Co-Managing Director of 4Kids Entertainment International and 4Sight Licensing Solutions. He has also had key roles at Kids Industries, Fox Kids Europe and HIT Entertainment.
