CLIP: Meet Your Search Bar in Disney’s ‘Ralph Breaks the Internet’

‘Ralph Breaks the Internet’ celebrates Internet Day with a brand-new clip, ‘KnowsMore,’ a new video featuring Sarah Silverman called ‘Happy Birthday Internet,’ and an international poster rollout on Disney.com and Oh My Disney.

‘Wreck-It Ralph 2: Ralph Breaks the Internet’ opens in U.S. theaters on November 21, 2018.

In celebration of Internet Day, Disney has released the first clip from Ralph Breaks the Internet, entitled “KnowsMore,”along with a new video featuring Sarah Silverman called “Happy Birthday Internet.”

First celebrated in 2005, Internet Day pays homage to the World Wide Web and its origins. Ralph Breaks the Internet is out in full force to celebrate the day with new content on Twitter and an international poster rollout on Oh My Disney and Disney.com, where a full site takeover will allow fans to watch it get wrecked in honor of Ralph, the ham-fisted video game bad guy loved by audiences everywhere.

In Ralph Breaks the Internet, video-game bad guy Ralph (voice of John C. Reilly) and best friend Vanellope von Schweetz (Sarah Silverman) leave the comforts of Litwak’s arcade in an attempt to save her game, Sugar Rush. Their quest takes them to the vast, uncharted world of the internet where they rely on the citizens of the internet -- the Netizens -- to help navigate their way.

The new clip, featuring Ralph & Vanellope and Alan Tudyk as KnowsMore, highlights a frequent problem internet users experience while searching the Web. Has Ralph met his match? No, it’s just an overly eager search bar attendee who wants to know what KnowsMore can help you find today. “I’m sorry but my autofill is touch aggressive today,” the “little egg guy” explains. Directed by Rich Moore and Phil Johnston and produced by Clark Spencer, Ralph Breaks the Internet also features the voices of Gal Gadot, Jack McBrayer, Jane Lynch, Alfred Molina, Ed O’Neill, Ali Wong, Timothy Simons, GloZell Green, Hamish Blake and Taraji P. Henson. Wreck-It Ralph 2 opens in U.S. theaters on November 21, 2018.
