Annual awards recognize projects and people whose achievements have positively influenced the TV animation industry.
Cartoon Forum, which takes place September 10-13 in Toulouse, France, has announced its Cartoon Tributes nominees. The annual awards recognize outstanding achievements, companies or personalities that have had a positive and dynamic influence on TV animation industry over the last year.
In its 29th year, Cartoon Forum brings together animated series development teams with broadcasters, producers and financiers looking for new ideas, projects and collaboration opportunities. This year’s event features presentations on 86 original projects from across Europe.
All professionals attending 2018’s Cartoon Forum can vote on-site for awards given in three categories: Broadcaster, Investor/Distributor and Producer of the Year. The awards ceremony will be held on September 13, with winners taking home a Cartoon Tributes trophy.
