Submissions are being accepted in the international short film competition and the Cyprus National short film competition; the festival runs August 11-14, 2021 in Salamiou.
Founded 20 years ago, Animafest Cyprus, the International Animation Festival of Cyprus, showcases a selection of the world’s latest productions, focusing on independent, non-commercial films. The event features competitions, expert seminars & masterclasses, workshops, exhibitions, artists in residence (Animation and Contemporary Art) and special screenings.
The 20th edition of Animafest Cyprus - Views of the World, is taking place August 11-14, 2021 at the village of Salamiou. Submissions are now being accepted in the following categories:
- International short film Competition - Deadline for submitting International films: February 28th, 2021.
- Cyprus National short film Competition - Deadline for submitting Cyprus films: June 30th, 2021.
