New York -- BODEGA Animation, a division of content creation studio and production company BODEGA, has announced the addition of Tiny Industries to its roster. Tiny Industries specializes in character driven storytelling across multiple distribution platforms and is the creator of The Tiny Chef Show. The Tiny Chef is described as Julia Child meets Mr. Rogers. The charismatic six-inch tall chef presides in his rustic kitchen as he cooks and sings; The Tiny Chef currently enjoys a large following on YouTube and Instagram, and Tiny Industries has recently partnered with Kristen Bell, Ron Howard, and Brian Grazer to develop content for Imagine Entertainment.

Tiny Industries was co-created by Rachel Larsen, Adam Reid, and Ozlem Akturk. Reid is a co-founder of BODEGA and is one its live-action roster directors. His feature debut Hello Lonesome was nominated for a Film Independent Spirit Award. Larsen is a leading stop-motion feature film and television animator with contributions to Isle of Dogs, Coraline, Paranorman, and Tumble Leaf. Cinematographer Ozlem Akturk, a skilled stop-motion photographer, brings feature film experience from Frankenweenie and Isle of Dogs.

Speaking for the trio, Reid commented, “BODEGA Animation is a perfect fit for Tiny Industries. BODEGA understands how thinking tiny can lead to a huge impact creatively. We can’t wait to craft miniature worlds with them, featuring unforgettable characters and engaging stories.”

“Tiny Industries and The Tiny Chef are a great addition to our animation division,” BODEGA Animation EP Bill Hewes noted. “We can now offer the character, imagination, and skills unique to Tiny Industries on non-chef related projects.”
