‘Bob’s Burgers’ and ‘The Simpsons’ Lead 2022 WGA Awards Nominations for Animation

FOX shows nab 5 noms, with ‘Tuca & Bertie’ taking the sixth; winners to be honored at March 20 WGA awards ceremony.

Writers Guild of America West (WGAW) and Writers Guild of America, East (WGAE) have announced nominations for outstanding achievement in television, new media, news, radio/audio, and promotional writing during 2021. Winners will be honored on March 20 at the annual WGA 2022 awards ceremony.

Three FOX shows took five of the six Animation category nominations, with Bob’s Burgers and The Simpsons each receiving two:
