‘Asterix,’ ‘Dilili’ & ‘Pachamama’ Nominated for 2019 César Awards

Three animated features and five shorts selected to complete for France’s highest honor.

France’s Academy of Cinema Arts & Sciences has unveiled the nominees for the 44th César Awards, the country’s highest film honors.

The nominees for Best Animated Film and Best Animated Short Film are shown below; a full list of nominations can be found online here:

The winners will be revealed at a gala ceremony on February 22 at the Salle Pleyel in Paris hosted by honorary Academy president Kristin Scott Thomas. The event will also pay tribute to honorary César awardee Robert Redford.
