Aqua Teen Hunger Force Movie Invades DVD

Adult Swim and Warner Home Video now offer AQUA TEEN HUNGER FORCE COLON MOVIE FILM FOR THEATERS FOR DVD on Aug. 14, 2007 ($29.98). Written and directed by AQUA TEEN HUNGER FORCE's Matt Maiellaro and David Willis, the movie reveals the mysterious origins of Meatwad, Frylock and Master Shake. When an immortal piece of exercise equipment threatens the balance of galactic peace, it is up to the Aqua Teen Hunger Force to run away from it. Peril escalates when the Plutonians team up with the Cybernetic Ghost of Christmas Past to strive for ultimate control of the sinister, deadly device. Scott Fry serves as animation and effects producer and Joshua Mullinax is animation coordinator.

As though the original theatrical release weren't enough, the two-disc set includes an 80-minute alternate version.

Meanwhile, bonus features include: scripts, a 26-minute behind the scenes feature called "The Thing We Shot Wednesday Night," interviews, recording sessions for the soundtrack, alternative endings, commentary, music videos and a limited edition, double sided poster as well.
