National Geographic will host the All Roads Film Festival at the Egyptian Theater in Los Angeles to celebrate the works of indigenous and under represented minority culture filmmakers from around the globe. The All Roads Film Festival will screen innovative and entertaining animations that will bring a rich tableau of cultural experience to a childrens audience. All types of animated films will be considered, including feature length, shorts, mixed media and music videos. Entries for animated shorts appealing to an adult audience will also be accepted. All films submitted must have an English language version. Films chosen for the All Roads Film Festival will be considered for inclusion in a home video compilation that will be distributed internationally by National Geographic. The event will also screen in Washington, D.C. at National Geographic Headquarters, October 2830, 2004.
