LOS ANGELES -- The Academy of Motion Picture Arts and Sciences and the ABC Television Network announced key dates for the 91st Oscars. The Academy Awards presentation will air live Feb. 24 on ABC.
Academy key dates for the 2018 Awards season are:
- Nov. 18: Governors Awards
- Jan. 7: Nominations voting opens
- Jan. 14: Nominations voting closes
- Jan. 22: Oscar Nominations Announcement
- Feb. 4: Oscar Nominees Luncheon
- Feb. 9: Scientific and Technical Awards
- Feb. 12: Finals voting opens
- Feb. 19: Finals voting closes
- Feb. 24: 91st Oscars
The 91st Oscars will be held at the Dolby Theatre at Hollywood & Highland Center in Hollywood, and will be televised live by the ABC Television Network. The Oscars also will be televised live in more than 225 countries and territories worldwide.
