November Issue Highlights

It's the craze that's uniting people worldwide--Theme Park Animation! We'll talk to Bob Rogers & Company, known for such rides as The Magic of Disney Animation at MGM Studios/Florida and Mystery Lodge at Knott's Berry Farms/California. Also, Robin Allan will chronicle the various European influences on Disneyland, including Copenhagen's Tivolli Gardens.

On the Festival circuit, we'll review Ottawa 96, which is celebrating it's 20th Anniversary, as well as a profile of this year's Honorary President Louise Beaudet, curator of animation at Montreal's Cinémathèque Québecoise. We will also bring news from down under from the first ever Brisbane Animation Festival, and a report from the 8th annual Society for Animation Studies Conference at the University of Wisconsin, Madison.
