Breakdowns of some of the more eye-popping VFX shots in the first season of the Netflix series reboot.
“Danger, Will Robinson!” To accompany AWN’s interview with VFX supervisor Joao Sita on the delivery of 266 visual effects shots created by the studio for the first season of Netflix series Lost in Space, Image Engine has provided a slew of imagery showcasing its work.
“I was on the show for a full year,” he recounts in the interview. “It was special to be brought on for the first season because you’re there to assist everybody in figuring out the look and performances as well as help engage the audience in the story. They were shooting here in Vancouver and that was great because we could go on-set and participate much more in the creative process.”
