I'm looking for some free software that will allow me to:
Show a circle that moves across the screen from left to right
without having to draw all of the circles in between the two end points.
Does this software exist?
I'm tried GIF makers but they force me to draw every frame which is way too time consuming for my simple project.
Adobe Flash or Animate CC has a tool what allows you create a interpolations using symbols, just look for symbols flash interpolation in youtube, there is a lot of examples and tutorials
