Hello everyone. I am in the process of launching a streaming service. It will be launched in beta first and if things go well then there will be a full launch. This will be a niche service and I am focusing on projects that feature minorities (especially African American) or has been created (at least 50%) by minorities. You will not have to pay anything to be on the service. In the beginning, it will be non-exclusive pay to play and the split on the fees will be 60/40 in your favor. If we decided to move to a full (exclusive) license then we can discuss the terms at that time. I am looking for both children’s programming and adult cartoons but nothing pornographic (between G to R ratings only).
I am considering the following:
1. Full length films
2. Shorts (must be at least 15 minutes)
3. Can be animated or live action
4. Must feature minorities or created by a minority (50%)
No incomplete student films. Your film must be complete and ready for release (including a synopsis & poster artwork)
