The sticking point for me right now is figuring out the operating costs for, not only, starting an animation studio that will only work on writing, editing, and animating in-house but also the continuing cost of producing two additional programs after the first is complete. I want to be able to keep my team employed while the first program is airing.
Finding the costs for renting the office space, the equipment, and utilities is easy. What I've had trouble finding is the cost of the workforce and the timeframe to produce the cg animation I desire.
I seek to produce three 13-episode series with each episode containing 22 minutes of footage. The idea is to create cg animated, anime-style cell animation.
