Sorry about that, he dose speak very quickly and following his logic can be tricky.

Basically, the message I got from it was the human eye see things best at 15 frames a second and up. The upper limit was unclear but too fast of a frame rate, with out motion blur, will give people headaches.

I found that interesting due to the current Hobbit movie and people complaining about headaches watching the 3D movie.

Does anyone else have problems with this video clip or did you find something in it that I missed?
