My "Mini Reel" Any thoughts?

Hi everyone. So I've started to teach myself animation about a month ago and I've saved some of the pencil tests I did and put them all together. My primary focus at the moment is traditional hand drawn animation but I'm looking to learn 3d as well. Here it is.

Just the basics. Any feedback and/or suggestions?

Oh and here's an animation I did a bit before. As I look back though it looks really bad. :p

Well that's all. At the moment I'm doing some figure drawing to help my animation, so I might not do some for a while until I get the hang of it. Thanks in advance.

The best comment to make about your work is for you to keep working on it.
Keep you animation simple for now, just like in your clip. I favor primitives as the source object for the basic animation. I can focus more on the line of action without fussing about arms and legs. But my stills for drawing are still raw.
