Newport Film School (University of Wales) vs NYU Tisch Asia

Hi,
if anyone has experience with the above mentioned schools or has an opinion about them, please share with me.
I got accepted to the MFA programs of both schools, have little animation background (except a 3D workshop at the New York Film Academy). But have been drawing and painting and done textile design.
Which would you choose? NYU Tisch Asia in Singapore or University of Wales in Newport? Where would I learn more, which school has a better reputation? It seems to me that the University of Wales might be the right way to go, as it has a longer history and has been mentioned in graphics magazines and students have won awards at animation festivals.
