Hi all,
I am new to the forums here, but could use some clarification. I'm a little fuzzy on the copyright issue. Even after searching, I'm unclear on what/how I should register to protect myself.
I have come up with a concept for an overall story, and have designed some characters for this story. So I have artwork, character names...so what/how can I register this?
Do I send this to the WGA and register the artwork? Or copyright the names? or trademark them?
Thanks for any clarifications, just want to make sure I don't screw up!
