I've been working on a short film for a while now and would love to get some feedback. The links are the same -- except for the size, both run about a minute.
Large version: 17M

There's a problem with the plugin on the small version. It doesn't initialize.
The large version seems to bee stilted and off in it's timing. Sorry I don't have anything more positive to offer.

The impression I got was that this character is handicapped in some way - was that what you were going for? Please do not take that the wrong way if it is not what you were trying to convey.
I liked the complexity of movement as he opens and closes the door.
